Flyght, born Michael David, is a multi-talented rapper, content creator, and radio host originally from the vibrant hip-hop scene of Miami, Florida. Now calling Fargo, North Dakota home, Flyght has spent over a decade making his mark in the music industry, both behind the mic and behind the scenes. His journey has taken him from the clubs of South Florida to stages and studios across the Midwest, cementing his reputation as a driven and versatile artist with a voice uniquely his own.

Roots in the South, Reach in the North

Flyght first emerged from the culturally rich and competitive streets of Miami, sharpening his lyrical craft in local cyphers and club performances. Over the years, he’s delivered high-energy sets in cities across Florida including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Hallandale, and Port Richey. His move to the Midwest didn’t slow his momentum—it only widened his scope. He’s since rocked mics in Minneapolis, Cass Lake, and his current base of Fargo, North Dakota.

Beyond the Stage: Radio, Podcasts, and Content Creation

Flyght’s artistic output goes beyond music. He’s hosted multiple radio shows, including Game Breakers—once under the guidance of Papa Zoe at K1ng Radio—as well as The Mikey and Jazzy Show, which became known for its real talk and raw takes. In 2015, he helped launch The PotCast, an early and edgy podcast blending hip-hop culture with unfiltered commentary.

Whether it’s hosting a show, curating content, or crafting new tracks, Flyght remains committed to storytelling and authenticity in every medium he touches.

Eyes on 2025: E.O.T.M Promo Tour and Beyond

2025 is already shaping up to be a breakout year. Flyght is currently on the E.O.T.M Promo Tour alongside Johny Trenches and more rising stars in the independent circuit. The tour is hitting major Midwest spots this summer, including:

• June 13 – Bismarck, ND
• June 19 – Minneapolis, MN
• July 11 – Sioux Falls, SD
• July 26 – Duluth, MN
